Task: Build on an established structure of videos, but create a workflow that allows them to be more time and cost efficient. With the goal of publishing at least 1-2 videos a month, with a quality that would allow them to be used across web or broadcast.

Solution: By removing all outside agency involvement and leveraging internal creative resources I was able to create a pipeline of video content that was much more agile and cost-efficient. I worked with the character and animation teams for concept and storyboarding new ideas, as well as the audio team for music and VFX in post-production.
